This includes big box and strip centers, retail space, restaurant/hotel/fast-food site selection, office leasing and property management. He works daily with legal matters, including purchase & sale agreements, letters of intent, leases, agency documents, annexation and zoning requirements.
For over 20 years, he served as a corporate development officer for Bennigan's Restaurants, Carlson Companies, the Friendly Ice Cream Company, Metromedia Restaurant Group, The Magic Pan Company and other national hospitality chains.
