Greg spent eight years in Chicago as a CPA with Arthur Andersen & Company and later became a partner in another Chicago-area accounting firm before returning to Wyoming in 1998.

Hal has been practicing commercial real estate for over 25 years, most recently as Senior Vice President of the Industrial Real Estate practice at our Grubb & Ellis|San Francisco office.  Over this time, he has worked with owner/users, investors, tenants and landlords.  Transactions range from very large to the small and diverse requirements.  Hal brings experience in multi-regional transactions, investments, multi-family residential units, industrial, retail and office purchases, sales or leasing.  He also provides advisory and analytical services.  

Hal's credentials include Graduate Studies in Accounting and Economics, Banking Management Training Programs, service as Chairman, Commercial Council - Realtors® Association, recipient of the Oncor International Multi-Regional Business Award, and he is a past member of National Circle of Excellence at one of the Largest Commercial Real Estate Firms in the World.

Kim holds a Wyoming commercial broker's license and a law degree.  He earned his Juris Doctorate from Western New England College School of Law, Springfield, MA.  Kim is semi-retired from the day-to-day business, but continues to provide advisory services to the company and its clients.

Buddy has been licensed in the State of Wyoming for nearly 30 years and specializes in multi-million dollar farm and ranch transactions, oil and gas leases and right-of-way acquisitions for power and pipeline companies in the energy segment.
