Greg spent eight years in Chicago as a CPA with Arthur Andersen & Company and later became a partner in another Chicago-area accounting firm before returning to Wyoming in 1998.

Hal has been practicing commercial real estate for over 24 years, most recently as Senior Vice President of the Industrial Real Estate practice at our Grubb & Ellis|San Francisco office.  Over this time, he has worked with owner/users, investors, tenants and landlords.  Transactions range from very large to the small and diverse requirements.  Hal brings experience in multi-regional transactions, investments, multi-family residential units, industrial, retail and office purchases, sales or leasing.  He also provides advisory and analytical services.

Kim has extensive experience in commercial and investment real estate transactions.  This includes big box and strip centers, retail space, restaurant/hotel/fast-food site selection, office leasing and property management.  He works daily with legal matters, including purchase & sale agreements, letters of intent, leases, agency documents, annexation and zoning requirements.

For over 20 years, he served as a corporate development officer for Bennigan's Restaurants, Carlson Companies, the Friendly Ice Cream Company, Metromedia Restaurant Group, The Magic Pan Company and other national hospitality chains.  

Kim holds a Juris Doctorate from Western New England College School of Law, Springfield, MA.

Buddy has been licensed in the State of Wyoming for nearly 30 years and specializes in multi-million dollar farm and ranch transactions, oil and gas leases and right-of-way acquisitions for power and pipeline companies in the energy segment. 

He is a successful rancher himself and represents clients in large land deals and ranch transactions.

Buddy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in agriculture from the University of Wyoming.
